Sillof’s Workshop is at it again with another re-imagining of George Lucas’ epic sci-fi franchise. This time he’s released his new Noir Wars collection with the premiere of Rockstar’s LA Noire. Frankly, I don’t believe it’s as epic as some of his other re-imaginings, but it’s still worth a look.
- This is Lance Skylark, rookie cop, new to the beat and naive. Sillof says that he was going for kind of Bespin Luke vibe on this and the nightstick is supposed to be like his lightsaber.
- Here is Lola O’Gannon, the classic femme fatale
- Benton Karnaby – Veteran cop who has seen his fair share of corruption and crime.
- Hawk Solomon, Private Investigator. Sillof says that he originally planned a more Harrison Ford-like appearance, but when you put Harrison Ford in a Fedora, he’s always going to look just like Indiana Jones
- Sillof says that he had to make the tough decision to make Chewie human. There was consideration for a suspender going across his chest but it just didn’t fit with a realistic look.
- Chip Pepperdino, intrepid reporter for the San Francisco Sentinel who cracked this whole story wide open.
- Art Deter, shutterbug for the San Francisco Sentinel who works with Chip Pepperdino.
- This is Detective Dante Victor: a dirty cop who runs the city (notice the scarred face)
- Here are the Enforcers from the task force lead by Detective Dante Victor.
